Dignity at Work policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of guttering services offered by Guttering Service, located at Raheen Business Park, Ballycummin, Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick, and serving the areas of Limerick and Clare. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Guttering Service specializes in the provision of guttering services, including but not limited to gutter installation, maintenance, repair, and cleaning.

3. Service Area

Services are available to customers within the Limerick and Clare counties Requests for services outside these areas may be considered but are not guaranteed and may incur additional travel charges.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is agreed upon prior to the commencement of work and may be subject to change based on actual work requirements.

5. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments should be scheduled in advance via email at We endeavor to meet scheduled appointment times but cannot guarantee punctuality due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service agreement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Liability and Insurance

Guttering Service is fully insured for all services provided. We are not liable for any pre-existing damages to the property or for damages resulting from conditions or issues not disclosed by the customer prior to service commencement.

9. Warranty

Services performed are guaranteed for a specific period, as communicated at the time of service completion. This warranty covers workmanship but does not cover damage due to external factors or lack of maintenance.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property for the duration of the service. Any specific requirements or concerns should be communicated to Guttering Service prior to the commencement of work.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the services provided should first be addressed directly with Guttering Service. Efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Guttering Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting to our official communication channels.
